San Diego's newest small theater space!
Actor's Asylum is a small 49-seat theatre in the College/Rolando area.
Home to Actor's Asylum Productions, and refuge to various gypsy theater
companies - it is a haven to artists and patrons looking for
exciting theater away from the bustle of downtown and known for
its safe, ample parking and relaxing, homey feel. It doesn't look
like much from the street, but you have to see it to appreciate the
space inside! Many eclectic productions will be presented behind
these doors and the best way to keep abreast of them is to keep an
eye on this site.
We are currently unable to accommodate requests for rentals.
From Hwy 8 - take the College exit South and turn left
(east) on El Cajon Blvd. We're
right past Rolondo Blvd in a small center on the South side of the
street. If you get to the Ralph's, or to 70th, you've gone too far.Look for the Music Trader (we’re next to College Tan).
